1xbst Review — An Honest Look at Bangladesh's Top Online Betting Site

What is 1xbst and who is it for?

1xbst is an international-standard online betting and casino platform, customized with Bangladeshi users in mind. Whether you're in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or Mymensingh, you can log in and play on your mobile or laptop.

I've been using 1xbst for about six months now. I was a bit skeptical at first — there are so many fake sites out there — but my first withdrawal put all those doubts to rest. The money hit my Mobile Pay in just eight minutes. I've been a regular user ever since.

In this review, I'll go through every aspect of 1xbst — what it does well and where there's room for improvement. For anyone thinking about joining, consider this an honest, no-nonsense guide.

Bonus & Promotions Review

1xbst's bonus system is one of the more generous ones available in Bangladesh. Your first deposit earns you a 200% welcome bonus — deposit ৳500 and you start playing with ৳1,500 in total. That's a strong offer by any standard.

That said, it's important to keep the wagering requirements in mind. To withdraw bonus funds, you'll need to wager a set amount first. 1xbst's terms are close to the market average — not too strict, but not the most lenient either.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% on your first deposit, up to 10,000 BDT
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% reload bonus every Monday
• Cashback Offer: Weekly 5–15% cashback, based on VIP level
• Free Spins: Log in every day for a chance to earn a free spin
• Referral Bonus: Rewards for both you and your friend when you refer them
• BPL & World Cup Specials: Exclusive boosted odds & bonuses on major tournaments

All things considered, I have no hesitation giving 1xbst a 9.5 for its bonus section — especially for new members, the head start is really impressive.

Payment & Withdrawal Experience

The payment system is the most critical part of any betting site — because if you can't get your money out at the end of the day, nothing else matters. On this front, 1xbst genuinely surprised me.

Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking options — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket — are all accepted on 1xbst. Deposits go through instantly with no hassle. From my own experience, withdrawals typically process in 8–15 minutes on average.

One thing worth noting — KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Uploading your national ID typically gets you approved within 24 hours. It takes a little time, but it's necessary for security.

Game Categories & Betting Markets

The variety of games on 1xbst genuinely caught me off guard the first time. It's not just cricket betting — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, lottery, and Virtual Sports are all here under one roof.

The cricket betting section has been particularly well developed. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup — every match comes with 200+ betting markets. From match winner to runs in a specific over, century scorers, and wicketkeeper catches, the specialist markets are all there. For anyone who knows their cricket, that's a huge advantage.

The live betting section is excellent too. Odds update in real time throughout the match, and the in-play betting feature is something a lot of users take full advantage of. Just keep in mind that a stable internet connection is important — slow connections can cause you to miss odds.

Mobile App Review

Since most people in Bangladesh access the internet on their phones, mobile app quality matters a lot. The 1xbst Android app is well-built — the interface is clean, navigation is straightforward, and load times are fast.

The app runs smoothly on a 4G connection. Live casino video streaming uses a bit more data, but the quality holds up well. In the Sports Betting section, live score updates come through in real time.

• Android App: Smooth performance, lightweight file size, easy navigation
• iOS App: Available on the App Store, with the same full feature set as Android
• Mobile Web: Full browser experience available without the app
• Push Notifications: Separate notifications for match kick-offs and bonus offers

The iOS app works well, though a few features are still not as complete as on Android. That said, iOS users can get the full experience through the mobile web version.

Customer Support Experience

1xbst has one of the best customer support setups among betting sites in Bangladesh. Live chat in Bangla is available 24/7, every day of the week — and that's a genuinely big deal.

I've reached out to support several times myself. Every time, I got a response within two to five minutes. The agents answered questions accurately, and no issue took more than half an hour to resolve.

One downside worth noting: there's no phone support. Contact is limited to live chat and email. For users who prefer talking to someone directly, that can be a bit of a drawback.

Security & Trustworthiness

Security is the first thing on anyone's mind when putting money online. 1xbst has a solid setup on this front — SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and a KYC process combine to make the platform well-protected.

All slots and casino games are audited by independent third-party firms to ensure fair play. With RNG (Random Number Generator) certification, every outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by anyone.

1xbst has never given me any trouble with financial transactions — that's my personal experience, and it's consistent with what thousands of other users say too.
